Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in process analysis or operations consulting, strong analytical skills, and experience with Lean Six Sigma and process-mapping tools. The role offers growth within a supportive consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, or operations consulting.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and document current business processes across client functions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, streamlining, and efficiency gains.
• Design and develop improved business processes and workflows.
• Support the implementation of process changes, including training and change management activities.
• Measure and report on the impact of process improvements on KPIs.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
