• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules to meet demand.
• Monitor KPIs and report on operational performance to management.
