The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management and 3+ years in manufacturing operations. Hybrid work arrangement is available; on-site presence will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Experience in the Eastern Cape manufacturing sector, particularly East London, is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities
