Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural or Bridge Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive bridge design and project management experience.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA required.
• Proven leadership in delivering major bridge projects.
• Experience with MIDAS Civil, CSIBridge and LUSAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, and analysis of bridges (highway, railway, pedestrian).
• Mentor a team of bridge engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Oversee detailed design calculations, drawings, specs, and contract documents for bridge construction.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with national and international bridge design codes and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, authorities, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Review and approve designs, calculations, and reports prepared by team members.
• Provide expert technical advice on bridge structures.
