Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 0-3 years in administrative/coordinator/junior project role.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and logistical support to project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing and distributing project documentation (minutes, status reports, plans).
• Track project progress and escalate deviations from the plan.
• Coordinate project-related meetings (virtual and in-person).
• Maintain project databases and filing systems for easy access.
• Support the team by facilitating communication and information sharing.
• Assist in managing resources and tracking deliverables.
• Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools under guidance.
• Contribute to team meetings and ad-hoc project tasks.
