Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A keen interest in project management and the engineering sector.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.
• A related qualification is advantageous.
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with project planning and scheduling.
• Help track project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Manage project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Support the organization of project meetings and workshops.
• Maintain project databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
• Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools.
• Contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned.
