The role requires experience with installation, basic networking, and excellent customer service, in a flexible hybrid environment with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized installation equipment.
• Basic understanding of networking principles and remote configuration is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and follow instructions precisely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid capacity.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various client sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical installation of hardware and systems at client locations.
• Conduct initial configuration and testing of installed systems.
• Provide remote support and troubleshooting for newly installed or existing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure correct installation.
• Document installation progress, issues encountered, and resolutions in the service management system.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to schedule and coordinate installation activities.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company installation standards.
