Placements24 is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee installation projects in Randburg and the surrounding Gauteng area. The role combines on-site supervision with remote planning, requiring strong leadership and excellent organizational skills.

You will manage installation teams, ensure work safety, schedule resources, and monitor progress to deliver on time and within budget. Occasional travel to sites is expected as part of a hybrid work arrangement.

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within installation or construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise field installation teams with direction and support.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for installation projects.
• Ensure installations comply with safety regulations, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct site inspections and performance reviews of installation teams.
