Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn about Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Eagerness to contribute and work effectively as part of a team in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the posting of job advertisements and screening of applications.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
• Help maintain employee records and HR filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support for HR meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities.
• Respond to basic HR inquiries from employees.
