This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and communicates well, with 1–3 years of HR experience and a solid understanding of SA labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1–3 years in HR administrative or coordination role.
• Familiarity with HR processes including recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of South African labor law principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, including posting openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage onboarding for new hires with accurate paperwork.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality.
• Respond to HR inquiries on policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support HR initiatives such as training and employee events.
• Provide general administrative support to HR as needed.
