Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily front desk operations, ensuring high standards of service.
• Train, schedule, and manage front desk staff, providing guidance and support.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests.
• Oversee the maintenance of the reception area and ensure a clean and organized environment.
