Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist to manage end-to-end fibre and wireless installation projects. You will coordinate site surveys, feasibility assessments and collaborate with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and service activation.

The role emphasizes project coordination, health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement while developing professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in telecommunications, focusing on fibre and wireless service delivery and installations.
• Experience coordinating and managing third-party vendors, contractors, and field technicians.
• Strong understanding of fibre infrastructure deployment including site surveys, civil works, trenching, fibre splicing, testing and activation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end fibre and wireless installation projects from order handover to service activation.
• Conduct site surveys and assess technical requirements, feasibility, and risks.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Schedule and oversee installation activities, ensuring timelines and SLAs.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate delays or quality issues as needed.
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements, permits, and compliance documentation are in place before installation.
• Track wayleave approvals, site access, and third‑party dependencies.
• Conduct QA checks and validate installations against specs and customer requirements.
• Manage project documentation, progress updates, and handover records.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and coordinate with support teams and vendors.
• Conduct customer acceptance testing and facilitate service commissioning.
• Provide regular status updates and escalation reports to management.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance installation efficiency and vendor performance.
