Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager for a prestigious establishment in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will oversee restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

Lead a high-performing F&B team, develop innovative menus and beverage programs, and manage costing, inventory, and P&L. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in F&B management.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple F&B outlets and large-scale events.
• Proficiency in F&B costing, inventory control, and P&L management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all F&B outlets to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
• Develop innovative menus, beverage lists, and promotions.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control for all F&B supplies.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing F&B team.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu engineering and food quality.
• Organize and execute banquets and events to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
