• A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or Marketing is advantageous.
• Prior experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within the events or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination of corporate catering events, including scheduling and client communication.

• Coordinate on-site event support, liaising with venue staff, catering teams, and clients.
