Placements24 is seeking a strategic E-commerce Platform Manager to lead development, optimization, and maintenance of the online store. The role focuses on delivering a high-performing, user-friendly experience that drives conversions and supports business growth.

You will manage platforms like Shopify Plus, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, coordinate with IT, marketing and operations, and ensure security, performance, and seamless integrations across the stack.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience managing large e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce architectures and integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with A/B testing and UX research methodologies.
• Excellent project management and communication skills in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and roadmap for the e-commerce platform (Shopify Plus, Magento, SFCC).
• Implement new features and integrations to improve UX and drive sales.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and ops to ensure platform stability, security and performance.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for updates and new features.
• Analyze platform metrics to identify opportunities to boost conversions and site speed.
