Placements24 is seeking a strategic and technically proficient E-commerce Platform Manager to oversee and elevate our online retail infrastructure in Polokwane. You will manage day-to-day operations, optimize performance, and drive feature development with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
At least 5 years managing e-commerce platforms.
Experience with platform upgrades, integrations and CRO.
Strong project management and hybrid work ability.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of the e-commerce platform from development to maintenance.
Oversee upgrades, features, and integrations with CRM/ERP.
Monitor performance, uptime, and security; resolve issues.
Collaborate with UX/UI and developers to optimize customer journey and conversions.
Stay current with industry trends to propose platform enhancements.
