Placements24 is seeking an innovative and data-driven E-commerce Growth Hacker to join our ambitious Centurion team in Gauteng. You will identify and implement strategies to accelerate growth across online platforms, measuring impact and driving rapid iteration.

This role collaborates with marketing, product, and development to optimize acquisition, conversion, onboarding, and retention, while building dashboards and staying ahead of CRO and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth hacking or performance marketing within e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with CRO and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social ads.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Proactive, experimental mindset driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Design and run A/B tests on site and marketing channels.
• Identify growth opportunities via data analysis and benchmarking.
• Improve user acquisition, conversions, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with product to optimize onboarding and retention.
