Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Experience with growth experiments and CRO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
• Design and run A/B tests, landing page optimization, and CRO.
• Optimize acquisition channels and marketing campaigns.
• Create dashboards to track growth KPIs and report insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams.
