Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in ecommerce growth hacking or performance marketing.
• Proven success in driving growth via paid channels (PPC, Social Ads).
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies (Google Optimize, Optimizely).
• Solid understanding of SEO and its impact on organic growth.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
