Placements24 in Durban is seeking a highly analytical E-commerce Growth Hacker to propel user acquisition, engagement and revenue through data-driven experiments and unconventional strategies.

You will design and run multi-channel campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, develop CAC/LTV metrics, and collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to scale the business in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking or performance marketing in e-commerce/tech.
• Strong understanding of CRO and A/B testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in web analytics and interpretation of data.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
