You will lead growth initiatives, manage paid campaigns, and optimize the customer journey. A data-driven mindset and 4+ years in e-commerce or social media are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in e-commerce growth marketing or social media.
• Proven growth hacking with measurable outcomes.
• Proficient in social media management tools and ads platforms.
• Strong analytics, CRO, and A/B testing knowledge.
• Creative content creation and basic visual design skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to balance creative and analytical work.
• Experience building online communities and brand engagement.

Responsabilités
