Qualifications

• Proven experience as Production Coordinator or similar in events or live entertainment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events demand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all logistical aspects of live events, including venue booking and vendor management.
• Liaise with artists, crews, and clients to ensure clear communication and timely task execution.
• Manage event documentation, contracts, permits, timelines, and production schedules.
• Track budgets, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records for production activities.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for cast, crew, and guests.
• Support the Production Manager with day-to-day operational tasks and site visits.
