Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of corporate catering events from start to finish.
• Serve as primary client contact, addressing inquiries and ensuring needs are met.
• Liaise with culinary, service, and delivery teams for seamless operations.
• Prepare event proposals including menus, staffing, and costings with sales and culinary teams.
• Manage event timelines, deadlines, and booking schedules.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with staff to ensure service standards.
• Oversee setup and breakdown at venues and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate event records and client information in the CRM.
