You will use Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia within an LMS, contributing to innovative digital learning projects in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital learning design and development.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate).
• Experience with multimedia creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Superb communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Portfolio showcasing digital learning design projects is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
