Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to grow an existing client base, ensuring customers maximise value from solutions. Role combines account management, customer success, and sales growth with regular client visits and ongoing support.

You will identify opportunities, deliver onboarding and training, and enhance retention through proactive engagement in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent is essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and customer relationship management.
• Banking, payments or financial services experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and organic growth within an existing client portfolio.
• Build, maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Provide onboarding, training and ongoing support to new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and services.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and manage retention risks proactively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
• Provide administrative and sales support to ensure efficient operations.
• Support marketing initiatives and attend client/events.
• Travel regularly to engage with customers and support business objectives.
