Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service coordination or a similar administrative support role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service activities and manage incoming support requests.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update service information in the CRM system.
• Track service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
