Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate project-related communications between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Track project progress and update schedules, ensuring deadlines and milestones are communicated.
• Assist with procurement processes, including quotes and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations by maintaining site records.
