Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, distribute minutes, and track action items.
• Facilitate communication between project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and assist in tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project-related administrative tasks, including RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processing.
