• Requirement: qualification in Project/Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a Project Coordinator or in an admin role within construction.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with PM software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with preparing and distributing plans, specs and reports.
• Manage schedules, track progress, and flag potential delays.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain electronic and physical project filing systems.
• Facilitate communication between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Support procurement, obtain quotes and process purchase orders.
• Assist site operations with general administrative tasks.
