Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of procurement, purchasing, or administrative experience, preferably in construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and procurement of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers and prepare comparative analyses.
• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders using company systems.
• Coordinate with site managers and project teams to confirm material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Track the status of orders and expedite deliveries as needed.
• Maintain organized records of procurement activities (invoices, delivery notes, contracts).
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders or deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures for construction projects.
• Support the tendering process by gathering necessary procurement documentation.
• Assist in inventory management of construction site materials.
