Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in community engagement or stakeholder relations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of community development principles in Gauteng.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with event planning and coordination in the Sandton area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies and plans.
• Build and nurture relationships with community leaders, residents, local businesses, and NGOs.
• Organize and facilitate community meetings, events, and consultation processes.
• Identify community needs and opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
• Represent the organization at community events and forums.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting for engagement initiatives.
• Measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of engagement activities.
