Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in conducting discovery and managing electronic data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage independent workload.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local court rules and procedures in the Paarl, Western Cape region is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
