Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 7 years in corporate litigation.
• LL.B or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Experience drafting complex pleadings and appearing in SA courts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver service.
• Experience with KwaZulu-Natal businesses is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of corporate litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Advise clients on corporate and commercial law matters.
• Negotiate settlements and mediate on behalf of clients.
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with partners, associates and support staff.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes and case law developments.
