- Proficient with legal research databases and case management software.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
- Develop case strategies and advise clients on litigation risks and options.
- Collaborate with senior partners and associates to achieve outcomes.
