Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases, from inception through trial and appeal.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
Develop case strategies and provide clear, concise advice to clients on litigation risks and options.
Take and defend depositions of parties and witnesses.
Collaborate with senior partners and associates to achieve successful case outcomes.

Requirements

Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
Demonstrated success in handling complex commercial disputes.
