Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 6 years of dedicated litigation experience.
• Proven experience in civil litigation, commercial disputes, and alternative dispute resolution.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to succeed in court.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and discovery to trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze case law, and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for court submissions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Interview clients and witnesses, and manage evidence collection.
• Liaise with opposing counsel, clients, and court personnel throughout the litigation process.
