Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in client support within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, investment principles and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing high-level support.
• Assist clients with account management, investment queries, and financial planning inquiries.
• Process client requests, applications and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare relevant documentation.
• Liaise with financial advisors and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly.
• Provide information on market trends and investment products as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
