Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably within financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Additional South African languages a strong plus.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding financial products, services, and account inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Process customer transactions and account updates accurately.
