• Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and logistics management systems.
• Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.
• Hybrid work model with office-based responsibilities in Richards Bay.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to shipments, tracking, and logistics services.
• Investigate and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to their supply chains.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding customs regulations, documentation, and transit times.
• Collaborate with internal operations, customs brokerage, and transportation teams to coordinate client requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate any delays or potential issues to clients.
• Assist clients with onboarding processes and the utilization of our client's digital platforms.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Gather client feedback to identify areas for service improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support sales and account management teams by providing client insights and addressing service-related queries.
• Ensure all client interactions are professional and adhere to company service standards.
