Formación

• Proven experience in client support or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and helpdesk tools.

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks.
• Hybrid work model experience is a plus.
• Residency within commutable distance to Mossel Bay.
• Matriculation; a tertiary qualification is advantageous.
