Qualifications

• Experience in client coordination, sales operations, order management, or contract administration.
• Experience reviewing and processing sales orders, service orders, quotes, contracts, renewals, cancellations, or related documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Proficient with CRM, CPQ, ERP, and Finance systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central or SharePoint advantageous.
• Understanding of opportunity-to-cash lifecycle and its link to contracting, order fulfilment, and billing.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize and meet service levels.
• Clear and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive query resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process sales and service orders, quotes, and documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support Sales with complex opportunities, guiding order structure and documentation before submission.
• Convert quotes into orders in ERP/Finance systems and obtain clarifications when needed.
• Ensure all contractual documents are complete, authorized, and securely stored for audits.
• Coordinate renewals, amendments, service-item changes, and cancellations.
• Onboard and offboard clients, communicating requirements and actions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Delivery for accurate billing and fulfilment.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues before orders are released.
• Conduct recurring revenue reconciliations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Act as a point of contact for non-technical orders and contract queries.
