Placements24 seeks a detail-oriented Claims Processor to support our Welkom operations. You will review insurance claim forms, verify policy details, and enter data into the claims management system. Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify incoming insurance claim forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter claim data into the claims management system and ensure data integrity.
• Identify and flag any discrepancies or missing information for follow-up.
• Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other departments to gather necessary information.
• Process claim payments or denials according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Assist claims adjusters and managers with various administrative tasks as needed.
