Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an efficient Insurance Claims Processor for the Mahikeng area to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims. You will review claim forms, verify policy coverage, input data into the claims system, and initiate payments or denials in line with company procedures.

This role offers hands-on experience in the claims handling process within a supportive team, contributing to overall departmental efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in claims processing or similar administrative role.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and claims processing software.
• Good understanding of basic insurance terminology and policy types.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify insurance claim forms and documentation for completeness and accuracy.

• Process approved claims by initiating payment or issuing denial letters according to guidelines.
