Job summary

Placements24 in Sandton is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to drive efficiency and innovation across operations. You will identify, develop, and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma, with a hybrid work model enabling on-site collaboration and remote work.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, at least five years in CI or process excellence, and strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to coach

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or process excellence.
Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
Effective communication and facilitation skills for a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Apply Lean and Six Sigma to analyze processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs.
Facilitate cross-functional teams in improvement projects and coach CI tools and techniques.
Monitor and report progress and impact using KPIs.
Collaborate with management and staff to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
