Qualifications

• Proven experience as Building Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Broad knowledge of building systems: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and contractor interaction.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures and extend asset lifespan.
• Oversee and coordinate work performed by external contractors when necessary.
