Qualifications

• Prior hands-on maintenance experience.
• General repair skills in electrical, plumbing and mechanical areas.
• Ability to diagnose and repair common maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and building systems.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify hazards.
