Qualifications

Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or cleaning role.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair tasks.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and hand tools.
Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas.
Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, such as fixing leaks or replacing light bulbs.
Manage waste disposal and recycling programs effectively.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring they are well-stocked.
Assist with setting up and clearing areas for meetings or company events.
Monitor the condition of the premises and report any significant maintenance or safety issues.
