Placements24 in Randburg is seeking a Building Hygiene Manager to lead on-site cleaning operations and coordinate administrative tasks from a hybrid setup. You will design and implement hygiene strategies to keep facilities safe, clean, and compliant, while fostering a culture of excellence.

You will supervise cleaning staff, optimize supplies and equipment, perform routine inspections, and liaise with tenants and vendors to resolve hygiene issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, cleaning supervision, or building hygiene.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cleaning teams.
• Strong understanding of hygiene best practices, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work both on-site and manage administrative duties remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programs for all managed buildings.
• Supervise, train, and schedule cleaning staff, conducting regular performance evaluations.
