The role collaborates with on-site production and engineering teams and remote software developers in a hybrid setting, focusing on process optimization and system reliability.

Candidates should have a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and 3–5 years in industrial automation, with PLC/HMI/SCADA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering.
Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
Experience with SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols.
Strong understanding of electrical schematics and industrial control hardware.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for hybrid team dynamics.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement control system logic for PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.
Program and configure automation hardware and software platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated machinery and control systems.
Work with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and integrate new systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including P&IDs, functional descriptions, and user manuals.
Conduct training for operators and maintenance personnel on automated systems.
