Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 6+ years in automation electrical engineering with PLC programming and HMI development.
• Design and implement electrical control systems with PLCs, VFDs, and servo drives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control systems for automated machinery and production lines.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and related software to ensure optimal system performance.
• Specify electrical components, sensors, actuators, and instrumentation for automated systems, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and production staff, to integrate automation solutions into existing or new manufacturing processes.
• Perform electrical testing, commissioning, and validation of automated systems, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational requirements.
• Provide technical support for automation-related issues, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
